There are two Board of Education positions open for election in November 2011. The following candidates will be running for these seats:
- Nancy Newkirk (incumbent)
- Reid Myers
- John Mumy
The League of Women Voters of Cupertino/Sunnyvale is sponsoring a Candidates’ Forum on Tuesday, October 11th at 7pm in the Board Room of the Sunnyvale School District Administrative Office, 819 West Iowa Ave, Sunnyvale. This event is open to the public and Sunnyvale residents are highly encouraged to attend (bring your questions for the candidates to the 10/11 event or contact the League of Women Voters of Cupertino/Sunnyvale in advance).
