- Approved the 2023-2024 Adoption Budget
- Approved Resolution #R23-24, In the Matter of Recognizing Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning, Intersex, Asexual (LGBTQIA+) Pride Month
- Approved Resolution #R23-27, In the Matter of Supporting the Award of Lease-Leaseback Agreements for the Sunnyvale Middle School 2-Story Classroom Building Project and authorize District staff to enter into the Lease-Leaseback Agreements with Blach Construction Company.
- Approved the employment contracts and salary schedules for the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources and Information Systems; Chief Teaching and Learning Officer; Chief Business Officer; and Superintendent.

Board of Education meetings are generally scheduled at 6 p.m. on the first and third Thursday of the month and are held at the Sunnyvale School District Office located at 819 W.
