- Approved Resolution #R22-06 In the Matter of Authorizing the Issuance of general obligation refunding bonds to refund all or a portion of its outstanding 2015 General Obligation Refunding Bonds. The District has bonds outstanding associated with the 2004 Measure P bond program, a portion of which may be refunded or refinanced in the current low-interest rate environment. District taxpayers will benefit from the reduced debt service from the refunding.

Board of Education meetings are generally scheduled at 7 p.m. on the first and third Thursday of the month and are held at the Sunnyvale School District Office located at 819 W.
